Statelessness is an under-researched and under-discussed area of Canadian society. More needs to be done to bring the issue to light, engage in conversation and make change. There are several ways you can join the cause against statelessness in Canada.
The Canadian Centre on Statelessness welcomes volunteer and co-op placements in the areas of research, resource development and communications. We are open to working with educational institutions, community organisations and independent members of the community. If you are interested getting involved with CCS please email [email protected].

Write a letter to your Member of Parliament
Bring the issue right to Parliament. By writing your Member of Parliament, you make a direct connection with federal government, and could have the audience of the Conservative or opposition parties. Writing your MP allows you to share your concerns for nationality and citizenship issues in Canada, the necessity for change, and that statelessness is an issue that affects all of Canadian society. Contact information for Members of Parliament, including email addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers is available at the Parliament of Canada.
